ReplyDeleteInteresting data sample we got there for the exam. The rotation from pattern matrix during factor analysis has merged both IV (Trust) and DV (Satisfaction) into a single component which essentially means turning an IV into a DV. The outcome of this totally differs from the measurement model in CFA that retains both the IV(Trust) and DV(Satisfaction) despite the close correlation. From a research standpoint, how do you treat this type of phenomenon? Thanks for all your guidance.
